Practice & Deliver with Confidence

This session is all about your practice. We'll rehearse your message out loud and I'll walk you through delivery techniques that support confidence and reduce the fear of freezing or forgetting when you're on stage. It’s also an opportunity to receive loving feedback if you'd like it.

Learning Outcomes:

• Techniques for rehearsal that help you retain your message.

• Practicing vocal variety, pacing, and body language (a crash course).

• Optional live practice with feedback: Bring a speech you're working on, any questions you have, or specific speaking scenarios you'd like support with, and get personalized suggestions to strengthen your future deliveries.

• How to adapt in the moment when things don’t go as planned.
